My Cake Shoppe is a small family retail business, owned and operated by Jennifer "Olsen" Minick. Jen graduated from Spring Lake Park High School in 1997. After graduating from college her love for the kitchen continued and she often treated her co-workers, friends and family to freshly baked cookies, cupcakes, cakes and more.
My Cake Shoppe is a licensed bakery. Licensed by the State of Minnesota, MN Department of Agriculture and MN Dept. of Health.
